Sounds interesting?Then come in and join our Indonesia team as **Head of Advanced Therapies **to be **fully responsible in implementing a holistic Siemens Healthineers communication approach for the Indonesia Zone.** The role reports directly to the Zone/Country Head.**Your tasks and responsibilities**:- You will be responsible for the management of product marketing, market share, business development and channel management with various GTM approaches for Advanced Therapy products, solutions, and services in Indonesia and Timor-Leste.- You will be responsible to drive marketing and sales activities for Business Lines Cardiology/Interventional Radiology/Surgery in Indonesia and Timor-Leste.- You will be responsible to grow sales, orders, market shares & profit as per business plan with support of the country sales team.- You will be responsible to grow the business in Indonesia by supporting the dealers and direct sales teams to achieve targets (sales, orders, market share and profit)- You will own the GTM strategy and profit and loss for businesses with equipment related to Advanced Therapies- You will own stakeholder management in the Siemens Healthineers Headquarters- You will develop Key Opinion Leaders and reference Sites in country.- You understand and provide updates on competitive products and form strategies to win in the competitive market.- You will plan and manage participation in tradeshows, symposiums, workshops, and congresses.- You will be required to travel > 50%**Your qualifications and experiences**:- You hold a bachelor's degree and higher.- You understand basic fundamental technology of the product and clinical outcomes- You have more than 10 years of experience in sales and product management, focus on setting and working with indirect channels in the healthcare industry would be preferred- You are proficient in English, both verbal and written- You possess in-depth knowledge of the Cardiology/Interventional Radiology Markets in Indonesia for selling Cath labs and C arms.- **Working Location: Indonesia****Our global team**:We are a team of 68,000 highly dedicated employees across more than 70 countries passionately pushing the boundaries of what's possible in healthcare to help improve people's lives around the world.
