We're currently looking for Sales Senior Manager. The job is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.- Responsible in achieving sales target set by company.- Design, implement, and facilitate annual sales plan for the company.- Support and facilitate development and implementation of sales plans.- Plan and administer the company's sales budget and keep cost in control.- Customize materials according to specific sales or customer requirements.- Provide monthly sales revenue report to Head Sales.- Analysing sales result and make action plan to coming month.- Supervise sales team.- Make staffing and hiring decisions within sales division.- Build and develop a sales team which is competent, commercially astute, dedicated, and efficient.- Tracking day to day sales activity.- Review KPI scheme base on company direction plan**Requirements**:- 5 years experiences as AC sales manager in reputable Home Appliances companies or related- Min. bachelor's degree in any field- Fluent in English- Presentable and articulate; excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and nonverbal)- Strong Interpersonal skills- Thriving at Microsoft office (Power point/Excel/Word)- Logically and analytically minded- Detailed oriented and numbers friendly
