Job Description:- Interaction with guests in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner- Provide information about Aquatic and Non-Aquatic animal to guests- Anticipate and address guest's service needsRequirements:- One year experience in the similar position, fresh graduate welcome to apply.- Experienced as tour guide will be advantage- Pleasant personality with great hospitality attitude.- Ability to communicate effectively, both oral and written in English.- Maintain high quality of service and timely execution.- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations.**Salary**: Rp4,900,000 - Rp5,000,000 per month**Education**:- D1-D4 (preferred)**Experience**:- Guest Service: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- English (preferred)
