**JOB DESCRIPTIONS**- Responsible for welcoming of guests in a courteous and prompt manner and lead them to a prepared table in accordance with outlets seating procedures.- Be familiar with menu, promotions and service procedures.- To work closely with the Operations / Service Operations Manager, shift leaders and staff members to ensure all guests are greeted properly and escorted to their ready tables.- To familiarize with the work nature and responsibilities of floor staff and all the restaurants and bakery events.- Profiling, research, gather customer behavior's data as an asset for marketing campaigns and activities- Working with marketing team to plan and handle campaigns, activities, strategy, and promotional opportunities- Carry out other, more general, marketing responsibilities outside the outlet such as public relations with potential customers, both private and corporate.- Responsible to build communication with operational teams about daily reservation, events, and its broadcasting- Responsible for restaurant and bakery reservation including answering call / messages from buyers and help the operational team to make sure and prepare the order**JOB REQUIREMENTS**- Minimum diploma / degree holder in public relations / communications / marketing- Minimum 1 year experience as a GRO in food & beverages industry / hospitality / tourism- Fluent in English, is a must- Have a strong networking and relationship building skills- Must be able to contribute towards customer satisfaction targets and interactions significantly- Must possess outstanding guest service skills and ability to focus on guest needs- Organized, creative, and ability to work under pressure**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract**Salary**: Rp3,500,000 - Rp4,000,000 per month**Education**:- D1-D4 (required)**Experience**:- Guest Relation Officer: 1 year (required)**Language**:- English (required)- Mandarin (preferred)
