Responsibilites:- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's objectives and goals.- Oversee all aspects of HR operations including recruitment, talent management, performance evaluation, compensation, and employee relations.- Provide leadership and guidance to HR teams across the group of companies to ensure consistency and effectiveness in HR practices.- Collaborate with senior management to identify workforce needs and develop plans to attract, retain, and develop top talent.- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in all regions where the company operates.Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.- Develop and manage HR budgets, forecasts, and reports for the group.Lead change management initiatives and organizational development efforts to support business growth and transformation.- Act as a strategic partner to senior executives by providing insights and recommendations on HR-related matters.- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in HR to continuously improve processes and initiatives.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
