- Think beyond design; conceptually brainstorm and develop new ideas to help set our clients apart.
- Self-motivated and eager to lead your entire process.
- Collaboratively support the design and execution of a full range of communication tools aligned with the senior creative team’s vision.
- Ability to work independently while aligning to existing branding guidelines, templated designs and/or creative direction.
- Act as creative support for several projects and seeing them through to final art.
- Direct, shoot and edit video content.
- Provide on-set production and talent direction.
- Oversee team of production coordinator, freelance editors, and external post needs
- Create graphic animation, motion graphics and visual effects for videos digital needs.
- Design branded graphical assets needed for videos, simulations or other strategic corporate initiatives.
- Knowledge of video compression and web video standards.
- Take ownership of the entire user experience pipeline on an upcoming video game title, from design to implementation
- Understand, wrangle, and integrate large amounts of data into a powerful, dynamic, functional, user experience
- Work with artists, game designers, and programmers to fully integrate the aesthetic, mechanical, and technical elements of the product's user experience
- Work closely with the Design and UI teams to conceive and execute upon designs
- Owns administrative responsibilities associated with projects including organization of file information
- Will need to work flexible hours/schedules depending on the projects and deadlines at hand
- Additional tasks and responsibilities as needed
- Manage deadlines and workload to ensure projects are delivered on-time.
