Grant Director

Develop and lead the company's Grant strategy, ensuring alignment with our mission and values.Oversee philanthropic efforts, including identifying organizations and initiatives for financial support.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate grant activities into the company's operations.Build and maintain relationships with non-profit organizations, community partners, and grant recipients.Research and stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging opportunities in philanthropy.Represent the company in Grant-related forums, events, and partnerships.Develop and implement measurement and evaluation frameworks to assess the impact of grant initiatives.Prepare and deliver regular reports on CSR and grant activities to senior management and stakeholders.A bachelor's degree in business, sustainability, philanthropy, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.10-15 years of experience in CSR, philanthropy, grants management, or a related leadership roleDeep knowledge and passion for CSR principles, philanthropy, and social impact.Strong leadership and team management skills.Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with non-profit organizations, community partners, and stakeholders.Analytical skills to assess the impact of CSR and grant initiatives and make data-driven decisions.Project management skills to oversee the execution of CSR and grant programs.Commitment to ethical business practices and corporate citizenship.
