Through our unique ecosystem and transacting user base, our clients are able to reach their desired audiences at scale, while driving measurable business outcomes.We would like You to join our journey to create value for our users, drivers, merchants, and advertising partners, while continuing to make everyday lives better across Southeast Asia.**Get to know the role**As part of the GrabAds Hyperlocal team, you will focus on building the Advertising solution within Grab to create new strategy in the Territory area and working closely with the team across key verticals such as Food, Rides and Express. You will shape the strategy of the products, draft go-to-market plans, define pricing models as well as create a steady journey to expand the business.**The Day-to-Day Activities**- Scale up GrabAds presence by creating meaningful partnerships with Grab's stakeholders across market- Define localized strategy for GrabAds products in the respective market- Launch GrabAds Special projects and key initiatives across products- Working with SMB and GrabAds Lead to Create go-to-market plans including pricing strategy- Support local teams from each territory and maintain excellent relationships with the local team- Working with Grab Leaders to provide insight and report about each territory performance- Build relationship and local community approach to scale up GrabAds business by providing key solutions, GTM and consultative approach.**The Must-Haves**- **7-8 years of working experience in BD, Sales, Account Manager or Partnership role. Having Advertising / Media industry experience a plus**- Excellent communication & presentation skills with the ability to transmit across different level stakeholders in different markets- Sound understanding & experience of Indonesia's Ads Ecosystem both Online & Offline as well as campaign marketing- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills- Proficient with Power Point / Google Slides & Excel / Google Sheets- Analytical with strong bias for data based decisions- Team Player with the ability to work across a matrix environment in a fast paced environment- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks- **Willing to travel cities across East Territory area **and placement in **Makassar****Our Commitment**We recognize that with these individual attributes come different workplace challenges, and we will work with Grabbers to address them in our journey towards creating inclusion at Grab for all Grabbers.**About Grab**Grab is the leading superapp platform in Southeast Asia, providing everyday services that matter to consumers.
