**Location**:- Surabaya- Surabaya**Work Type**:- Full TimeROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIESGlobal Project Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating projects across multiple regions and countries. It ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders.Responsibilities include:- Project Planning: Develop and maintain project plans that outline project scope, timeline, resources, and deliverables. Ensure that project plans are communicated to all stakeholders and are updated regularly.- Budget Management: Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses, forecasting costs, and ensuring that the project remains within budget.- Stakeholder Management: Establish and maintain relationships with project stakeholders, including clients, vendors, team members, and other relevant parties. Ensure that stakeholders are kept informed of project progress and issues.- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, including developing risk management plans and contingency plans.- Team Management: Lead and manage project teams, including hiring and training team members, whether full time or part time on the project, setting project goals and objectives, and monitoring team performance.- Communication: Communicate project progress, issues, and risks to all stakeholders, including senior management.- Quality Control: Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and client requirements.
