LHR Americas recruit people from around the world to work in Saudi Arabia.**Who are we looking for?***:We are seeking Lead/Staff Scientist Application Technology SPADC Technology Centers Geleen (NL) and Shanghai (CN) - Global Application Technology - Application Development & Industrial Solutions - Polymers T&I.**Qualifications**:- Ph.D./MSc in related discipline or 7-10 years relevant experience in related field with B.S. degree.- Able to drive, lead and guide technology development programs, based on a clear understanding of market trends and business strategy, whilst ensuring:- Timelines and budget.- Understand the state of the art in advanced conversion processes; some hands-on experience in plastics processing (e.g., Extrusion or Molding processes, tooling etc.) is a plus.- Good understanding of CAE, Predictive Engineering, 3D printing is a plus.- Experience in customer and external interactions / presentations.- Excellent communication skills; excellent written and verbal communication in English.- Strong analytical skills, pragmatic, able to work in global cross-functional teams.- Scientific coaching of young researchers/engineers.**Duties and responsibilities***:- Proactively communicate with project team members and business stakeholders on progress.
