MSP Coordinator

The Centre already employs over 150 HR Coordinators, Sourcers and Recruiters and is still growing! Join our team to learn and develop within an international and dynamic group! By providing high quality support in the most efficient way, HR Coordinators ensure assistance for all MSP experts and/or Sourcing recruiters/Recruiters of Randstad Sourceright EMEA in the administrational part of their roles.
What will you do?
Coordinate the following back office activities in the Vendor Management System:
• on – and off-boarding of temporary workers
• create and monitor assignments, extensions
• manage time and expenses incl. submission and approval process on a weekly/monthly basis
• manage relationships with stakeholders to ensure KPIs and SLAs are met
• support the finance team by preparing invoices, purchase orders
• schedule multiple interviews and/or book rooms through on-line tools and coordinate
administration of the interview process
Get engaged with team activities:
• initiate MSP process improvements
• regularly update work instructions
• assist in projects
What are we looking for?
Preferably experience in administration and/or a service center environment, fresh graduates are also welcome
Excellent command of English and fluent in German
Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/Outlook)
Multitasking and flexibility
