General Services Section Head - Bsd

**Job Descriptions**:- Create a work plan for implementing Housekeeping and Security & Parking.- Create an annual budget- Make regular reports on the implementation of activities.- Control the availability of manpower, equipment, materials for cleaning operations and supervise their use according to predetermined standard procedures.- Carry out supervisory duties on the performance of House Keeping, Security & Parking subcontractors.**Job Qualifications**:- Minimum Bachelor Degree in any majors.- Minimum 3 years of working experience as chief General Services in a shopping center/Retail Building.- Experienced in leading the Housekeeping, Security & Parking Team in the management of the Building.- Experienced in coordinating with agencies related to licensing and GA Building.- Willing to be placed in BSD, Tangerang.
