Responsibilities :

Manage daily operations of the business unit and organization
Ensure the creation and implementation of a strategy designed to grow the business
Coordinating the development of?key performance goals?for functions and direct reports
Coordinating business operations and managing operational costs
Monitoring and evaluating the process of work (finance and accounting, operations, sales, marketing, human resources, and engineering)?
