**General Manager Sales - Data Center and IT Supplier company**We are looking for a General Manager Sales that responsible for the overall sales performance of the Data Center and IT Supplier company. This includes leading a team of sales representatives, developing and executing sales strategies, and managing customer relationships. The General Manager Sales must also have a strong understanding of the data center and IT industry, as well as the company's products and services.**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve the company's sales goals and objectives.- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives.- Qualify and develop new sales leads.- Negotiate and close sales contracts.- Manage customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and developments in the data center and IT industry.- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.**Qualifications and Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.- 5+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in the data center or IT industry.- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.- Excellent communication and presentation skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Strong understanding of the data center and IT industry.- Knowledge of the company's products and services.**Education**:- S1 (preferred)**Experience**:- General Manager: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- English (preferred)- Mandarin (preferred)Ability to Commute:- Jakarta (required)Ability to Relocate:- Jakarta: Relocate before starting work (required)
