Bachelor Degree in Psychology, Law, Management or any other field- Language : Able to speak and write in English- Experience : Minimum 5 years experience as a GM or 10 years as a senior manager in Plantation or Mining Industry- Mastering HR Operations and development- Have a firm and strong character- Have good communication and analytical skills- Understand and be able to run General Service- Understand all aspects of Human Capital- Willing to work on Saturday**About work**????????**:Review, evaluate and recommend necessary revisions to HR policies to implement HR strategies aimed at meeting overall corporate goals.Strengthen the implementation process, and implement management education at all levels on HR policies that are deemed relevant.Benchmark, review and adopt best HR industry practices, build contacts at regional level, and build relationships with HR experts, plantations etc.Regularly evaluate legal and industry changes/requirements and ensure these are addressed in HR policies and processesEnsure the existence of HR processes and systems at the Unit plantation level to facilitate the effective implementation of HR policies and programs.Provide support to the HR team by facilitating in planning, designing, and implementing HR initiatives such as work climate surveys, assessing job satisfaction.Assisting in organizational initiatives such as ISO/Quality accreditation, productivity/performance improvement systems, by providing necessary HR support, enlisting staff and management support, coordinating training for these initiatives.Conduct audits of HR processes at SPU level, audit compliance, and set in place actions to improve, identify gaps for improvement.Ensure proper legal compliance with labor regulations.Ensure regular registration of company regulations on employment/compliance with other requirementsCoordinate in carrying out compensation surveys/reviews, and in restructuring compensation structures.Facilitate in developing and implementing systems, processes and programs for effective industrial relations, complaint handling.**Salary**35,000,000 IDR ~ 45,000,000 IDR**Work Location**Jakarta**Requirement**- Education : Min.
