**Qualifications**:- Minimum Bachelor Degree in any field.- Minimum 1 year working experience in GA matters- Able to maintain all company facilities and company assets- Responsible for carrying out building maintenance tasks and repairing building equipment- Control and direct supervision of the activities of cleaning Service, mechanic, and security to achieve maximum efficiency of work.- Establish good relationship and cooperation with other department within the company.- Establish, maintain, develop and strengthen professional relationships with third parties.- Ensuring the maintenance of buildings and facilities goes well and efficiently- Able to perform calculations, planning of building materials, and supervision of construction projects- Able to plan office facility maintenance schedule and repair damage- Handling complaints & create administrative report from all business unitAbility to Commute:- Bandung (required)Ability to Relocate:- Bandung: Relocate before starting work (required)
