ResponsibilitiesMaintain condition of warehouse, building, office, station and ICResponsible for Technical works on Warehouse relocation project (restoration/set Up) Maintain good communication with building management in conditionMonitor and control order, cleanliness and safety implementationMaintain and manage all office facilities related asset categories that cannot be postponed in repairs such as: air conditioning, photocopying machines, CCTV, and peripheral securityManage various permits, and public relations, operational, etc.Provide analysis on all repairs with cost estimation based on damage and needs RequirementsD3 or bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Management, or Economy Management1 year of experience in related fieldsHave ability and and proven track record on facility and building managementAttention to detail, and strong in Excel & Spreedsheet Submit a job application
