Experience the challenges, rewards, and opportunity of working for one of the providers of services IT Development and Consultancy**What You Will Do**- Monitor daily cash balances and funding- Responsible for accounting process and prepare journal entries and synthesize common ledger for subsidiary account plus monthly closure account- Analyze different General Ledger account regularly- Assist department in account reconciliation process in monthly basis- Prepare data for External Audit process- Managing business accounts and preparing financial statements- Responsible for timely updating the changes and dynamics of taxation regulations and submitting update reports on time- Responsible for tax risk control, including but not limited to contract tax related articles review, transaction PPH calculation & gross-up, company tax perspective SOP draft and update- Maintain for all kinds of tax reports preparation/review, including but not limited to PPH, PPN, PBB and any other regular or special reports required by tax regulation or tax office- Involved in tax planning work and make suggestions on how tax expense, avoid tax risks and etc- Verify and analyze the amount of tax reported and the amount of tax entered in the system to ensure the truth and accuracy of data- Planning and compiling steps in tax audits, providing and verifying data by tax authorities- Identify and mitigate tax risks periodically and update new tax regulation- Performing other duties as required**What You Will Need**- Minimum Bachelor Degree majoring in finance, accounting or equivalent- At least 3year (s) of working experience in the related field.- Having working experience at Japanese Company- Good skills and knowledge in accounting, finance and Indonesia tax law and regulation.- Advance in using Accounting program and good compiling data through Microsoft excel formula.- Strong in detail, analysis and accuracy.- Fluent in English written and verbal communication skills- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and organize effectively- Having a positive services mind and able to develop a learning attitude with various finance and accounting processes.**About The Team**in our Financial Management Group, you will be part of a team that provides financial performance to support the growth of company.
