MCC is an innovative and independent U.S. foreign aid agency that is helping lead the fight against global poverty. MCC's mission is to reduce poverty through economic growth. This project aims to unlock financing flows in a way that will catalyze economic growth and leverage Indonesia's own resources. The Indonesia Compact aims to address key root causes of costly and underdeveloped financial intermediation by improving the financing of infrastructure, particularly transport and logistics infrastructure, and increasing access to finance for micro-, small and medium enterprises.**Responsibilities**:Responsible for ensuring gender is comprehensively integrated into all stages of the program, and deliberately informs and drives program implementation.Qualifications:- At least 5 years of experience with gender and social inclusion, including prior experience with MSME programming- Experience with local capacity building and gender-focused stakeholder consultations- Professional knowledge of English and working knowledge of Bahasa IndonesiaEEO Statement:NOTE: This job posting should not be construed to imply that the requirements are the exclusive standards of the position nor will it be the sole basis for any subsequent employee evaluations.
