Ga Procurement

**Responsibilities**:- Responsible for APAC procurement payment submission (mainly for Indonesia), to strengthen and grow relationships with vendors and suppliers through timely payments, able to handle complex tasks- Review and check invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment,Preparing analyses of monthly payment reports- Build good communication among requestors, buyers, finance and suppliers- Improve the payment efficiency by identifying the pain points, then propose solutions- Assist senior manager as needed**Preferred skills and qualifications**:- Critical and active thinking to embrace challenges, strong ownership, attention to detail, being self-motivated, having a can-do attitude with propensity toward acting with a sense of urgency- Bachelor's degree or above in Procurement, finance, or related business disciplines- 2+ years of working experience in procurement/supply chain or other related fields- Collaborative stakeholder engagement including developed communication skills adaptable to various levels- Professional working proficiency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia, and Chinese is bonus- Intermediate level or better in MS excel and MS Power Point**Job Type**: ContractContract length: 6 months**Salary**: From Rp5,068,000 per monthAbility to Commute:- Jakarta (required)Ability to Relocate:- Jakarta: Relocate before starting work (required)
