**Fundraiser Responsibility**- Investor Targeting and Relationship Building: Actively look for investors and identify potential investors who are aligned with the company's industry, stage, and investment thesis. Build relationships with these investors through networking events, conferences, and one-on-one meetings to present the investment opportunity and address their inquiries.- Investor Presentations and Materials: Ensure that a well-prepared and compelling pitch deck, financial projections, and other relevant materials. Conduct through research on the investors you are targeting to understand their investment preferences, past investments, and areas of interest. Tailor your approach and messaging accordingly.- Investor Reporting: Maintaining regular communication with existing investors, providing updates on the company's progress, financial performance,key milestones and provide feedback to senior management.- Closing the Deal: Once all parties are satisfied with the terms, finalize the deal by signing the investment agreement and other relevant legal documents. Ensure that the closing process follows legal and regulatory requirements, and seek guidance from senior management as needed.**Fundraiser Requirements**- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Marketing, Corporate Communications, Business, or a related field required.- Have a vast potential Investor networking- Good Communication Skill- Experience preferably in Banking / Financial Service sector or Property Industry- Experience in financial analysis or investor relations will be advantageous- A strong understanding of financial reports, analytic methods, and financial data tools- Be numerate with a strong understanding of financial reports and financial analysis.- Proficient in spoken and written English and Indonesian- Have good communication and writing skills- Able to develop and maintain business relationships- Possesses good time-management skills with the ability to multi-task.- Able to analyze and improve opportunities for investors.- Able to travel to different locations- Help the organization meet its fundraising goals, archieve personal fundraising KPI- Preferably to start work immediately ***Salary**: Rp8,000,000 - Rp12,000,000 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:- Jakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Experience**:- Fundariser: 2 years (preferred)- financial analysis or investor relations: 2 years (preferred)
