Fullstack Engineer (Golang/Next.Js)

**About us**We are looking for an experienced** Backend Engineer **to join our diverse team of people who are passionate about taking the real estate industry into the age of technology through innovation and a desire to solve its multitude of challenges.**What you'll do**:- Develop awesome features to support business and improve overall team output- Coding, testing, and debugging software with high quality output- Collaborate with Product, Business, QA, other tech team, and other stakeholders to make it happens- Peer reviewers for internal team- Planning and design team deliverables in quarterly basis- Manage production monitoring report and do necessary feedback actions- Owning a team or Mastering technical scopes- Managing future plan within a team or technical scopes- Prepare timeline and proposals to be reviewed by Engineering managers and CTO- Become a leader of the team/projects**What you should have**:- Bachelor degree in Information Technology/Computer Science or other related discipline- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in backend microservices (Go)- Good in coding, testing, debugging, and maintain high performance scalable softwares- Well-versed with backend microservices (Go), relational databases, search engines, and asynchronous system design.- Mainly in Go. Side projects available in Node JS and Python- Well known with coding best practices in backend project development- Detailed oriented, able to manage technical risks, and confident working in English- Able to communicate with other members of the team (business, product, and CTO)- Great team player for internal team- Proficiency using Next.Js is nice to have
