Responsibilities
Responsible for the overall management and performance of the Front Office department to ensure operations are carried out in an appropriate, cost-effective way Manages forecast and ensures the department is staffed appropriately to meet occupancy levels and guest demand Monitor and maintain the Front Office systems and equipment to ensure their optimum performance Communicate both verbally and in writing to provide clear direction to staff Improve front office operational management systems, processes, and best practices Maintain and manage guest data in the PMS systems. Track guest satisfaction surveys and maximize usage of the guest Qualifications Proven experience as a Front Desk Agent/Front Office Supervisor or in a similar role Excellent English written and verbal communication skills Strong interpersonal skills Ability to think independently, proven problem-solving skills and effective decision-making skills Proficient in PMS system (e.g. Opera/VHP/Micros/etc.) Must be organized and detail oriented An opportunity to work in a world-renowned beach club Growing your skills and the possibility of growing within the company Fast growing company Competitive salary package BPJS and insurance Mandiri healthcare Hiring organization Employment Type
