Fresh Graduate Program 2024 - Business Process

**Mubadala Energy Fresh Graduate Program is a year internship program with excellent way to gain exposure and working experience in an international Oil and Gas Company, as well as an opportunity to develop knowledge, skills and competencies in the Junior position**.****The program is for Fresh Graduate and will start in the beginning of 2024 up to 31 December 2024.****KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**:- Review existing policies and procedures within Mubadala Energy Indonesia- Identify potential improvements across procedure, departments, and functions.- Provide support for risk management activities including risk review, actions tracking, and reporting.- Provide support for management programs and projects such as mini i-Save, etc- Provide support for audit activities.**QUALIFICATIONS**:- Hold Bachelors degree preferable in Industrial Engineering or Accounting. Other Engineering or Management major are welcome.- Minimum GPA (Grade Point Average) is 3.00 out of 4.00- Fresh graduate, up to < 1 year of experience- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in Microsoft Excel- Active in organization activities is a must- Good critical thinking and attention to details- Good in communication and public speaking- Willing to learn and proactiveYour success to date must demonstrate your passion in delivering work to high standards and working in a cohesive team in order to produce results.
