Aligning with technology advancement, PT Global Urban Esensial reaches the society wider, answering the society's needs for easier access to digital, and to be a leader in pharmaceutical business.Manage and monitor project progress, from outlining task, timelines, and implementationCoordinate with internal and external teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.Work closely with event organizers and vendors to understand event objectives, target audience, and desired outcomes.Create and maintain detailed timelines for each phase of event planning and execution.Ensure all project milestones are met according to schedule.Min. 1-2 year years experience in project manager, event coordinator, or similarProven track record of success in supporting event and project initiatives, preferably within a freelance capacity.Had experienced in handling both offline and online event with 50 to 200 participantsHad experienced in finding, coordinating, and monitoring vendorWilling to work in a 9-months contract-based, with a hyrid arrangementHave personal laptop
