Food Innovation Manager

Develop new pastry and others product regularly to update new variant- Liaise with Marketing Division to decide the new product launch- Liaise with Purchasing Division and suppliers to ensure raw material needs- Develop standard recipe menu and train restaurant team to produce the approved new product- Monitor new product launch and analyze with the current market to make evaluation report**Requirements**:- Bachelor Degree from Food Technology- Min. 2 years have experience as Research & Development in an F&B Company- Have basic knowledge of food regulations such as food safety standards and food Cost Management- Creative, Independent, Fast Response/Learning- Able to work under pressureJenis Pekerjaan: Penuh Waktu
