As the Head of Technical Manufacturing Production, you will lead our manufacturing operations, ensuring that our high standards for quality and innovation are met. You will be at the forefront of production management, overseeing processes, and implementing strategies that enhance productivity and efficiency in alignment with our business goals.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee the entire manufacturing process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. Develop and implement innovative production strategies that align with company goals. Lead a team of professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth. Collaborate with other departments to ensure product quality and adherence to safety and environmental regulations. Manage budgets and forecasts, optimizing resources for maximum efficiency. Stay abreast of the latest manufacturing technologies and trends to drive innovation. Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field. Strong verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin and Bahasa Indonesia. Able to speak and communicate in Mandarin or Chinese. 8+ years experience in handling FMCG and Beverages production, especially related to jelly, pudding, and yogurt. Proven experience in a leadership role within the FMCG manufacturing sector. Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and cost management. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
