Were seeking an organized and dedicated Executive Secretary to support our Director serving as an indispensable ally in our mission to redefine dessert experiences globally.
Key Responsibilities: Schedule coordinate and monitor the Directors appointments meetings and travel arrangements ensuring no overlaps or conflicts. Act as a liaison between the Director and internal departments as well as external partners ensuring timely communication. Prepare manage and archive important documents reports and presentations upholding the companys confidentiality standards. Organize attend and minute board or managerial meetings providing detailed summaries and action points. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence manage office supplies and assist with the planning of company events or initiatives. Take on additional tasks or projects as requested by the Director showcasing flexibility and adaptability. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field.
