**Job Descriptions**:- Handle fit out work permits as well as deposit and return administration activities.- Check the proposed renovation design to comply with applicable regulations.- Supervise with related teams in terms of renovation work.- Make a warning if the implementation of the renovation violates the conditions that have been set and approved.- Check with the engineering team and tenants if the renovation process has been completed.- Ensure administration related to renovations are fulfilled and running according to applicable regulations.- Make periodic reports (daily/weekly/monthly).**Job Requirements**:- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering / Architect Engineering or equivalent.- Mastering building engineering knowledge and capable of high mobility.- Minimum 2 years of working experience (for Diploma Degree/Polytechnic) or 1 year (for Bachelor's Degree) in the field of construction/building maintenance/Fit Out.- Computer literacy Ms. Office, SAP and AutoCad software or other design software that can support fit-out work.- Willing to be placed in BSD City, South Tangerang.
