Position: Financial Planning ManagerOur client is a US-based consumer product company, currently is seeking a Financial Planning Manager with 4-5 years of experience in consumer product finance. Responsible for driving financial decision-making through analysis, forecasting, and reporting to optimize performance.**Responsibilities**:- Develop and manage financial models for forecasting and budgeting.- Collaborate across teams to gather and analyze financial data.- Present reports on key financial metrics to senior management.- Drive process improvements in financial planning and reporting.- Monitor performance against targets and recommend corrective actions.- Contribute to strategic business planning based on financial insights.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.- 4-5 years of experience in budgeting and management reporting process.- Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools.- Strong analytical skills and ability to convey complex data effectively.- Proven track record in process improvements and strategic planning.- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.**Salary**: Rp30,000,000 - Rp45,000,000 per month
