Financial Controller (Fp&A) - Agriculture

They accomplish this through a continuous positive cycle of value creation through three core business activities.As the Financial Controller, you will be working closely with the Head of Operations to business partner and prepare the budget and cost control.**Job Descriptions**:- Manage and prepare monthly financial reporting pack for Senior Management and Board- Provide detailed analysis of current and past trends in financial and operational key performance indicators- Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of variance- Working closely with the leadership team to formulate the business's medium to long term financial and strategic plan- Manage the annual budgeting & quarterly forecasting process coordinating inputs from all relevant stakeholders and budget owners- Build the budget and forecast models to project long term growth and determine the impacting business factors- Prepare ad-hoc analysis of complex financial and non-financial information to provide accurate financial recommendations to management for decision making purposes**Key Requirements**:- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance/Business- Minimum 10 years of experience in financial planning and analysis or financial controller position- Evidence of building and maintaining strong relationships with key business stakeholders- Excellent oganizational skills, ability to manage conflicting demands priorities- Strong communication and analytical skills
