We have over 100 years' experience in successful client relationships, technical excellence & delivering award-winning project solutions.**The opportunity**Due to on-going growth, we are currently recruiting a permanent role for a Finance System Administrator to join the Indonesia Office of a growing engineering consulting business.**Finance System Administrator****Role Purpose and Key Accountabilities**- Manage starters and leavers within the financial system- Ensure systems audits are checked daily for any anomalies- Manage and support the electronic timesheets and expense claims within the Financial system- Process changes required to staff employee and user access to financial systems- Process the foreign currency rates into the financial system- Possess knowledge of individual clients business and industry- Provide a quality service to internal and external clients- Act in a timely manner to complete all internal client requests efficiently and inform clients when unable to meet expectations and reach agreement on course of action- Build rapport and communicate professionally with all team members and clients even when the situation becomes difficult**About you**To be successful in this role, you will have:- Degree in Accountancy- Understanding of spreadsheets, reconciliations and data analysis- Strong administrative and procedural skills- Good attention to detail- Excellent in both written and verbal communication skills- Good time management skills- Able to work independently and exercise initiatives- Able to commence within short notice period is an advantage- A team player.
