Finance Staff (Mandarin Speaker)

Key Responsibilities:- Input and update financial data into our database with high accuracy. Assist in the preparation of financial reports, tax returns, and audits.- Collaborate with the finance team to reconcile accounts and ensure data integrity.- Support the accounting department with invoice processing and expense tracking.- Help in identifying process improvements to enhance data entry procedures.- Participate in special projects and ad-hoc tasks as needed.**Requirements**:- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and tax regulations. Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and familiarity with accounting software.- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
