Executive recruitment consultant Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of Multinational Hospital Provider. Our client is seeking for Finance Manager position. This job will be based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Responsibilities: Develop and manage the hospital's annual budget in collaboration with department heads. Conduct financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting to support strategic decision-making. Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Monitor and control operating expenses to ensure financial objectives are met. Analyze variances and implement cost-saving measures. Oversee the hospital's revenue cycle, including billing, collections, and reimbursement processes. Collaborate with billing and coding teams to optimize revenue capture. Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations, healthcare laws, and industry standards. Coordinate with auditors and regulatory bodies during financial audits. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. A master's degree (MBA or MHA) is often preferred. Proven experience in financial management, preferably in a healthcare or hospital setting. Knowledge of healthcare finance, reimbursement, and regulatory requirements. Professional certification such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.
