Analyse market trends, pricing, and cost structures to drive profitability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency.**Budgeting and Forecasting**:Prepare annual budgets, track performance, and provide variance analysis. Forecast cash flow requirements and manage working capital effectively. Monitor capital expenditures and evaluate ROI on new projects.**Financial Reporting**:Generate accurate financial statements, including P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow. Present financial performance to management and the board.Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.**Risk Management**:Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies. Monitor credit exposure, liquidity, and foreign exchange risks. Safeguard our financial stability in a volatile market.Degree in Economic, Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master's preferred).Fundamental knowledge in Accounting and Double Bookkeeping (P&L and BS)Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, preferably in manufacturing or heavy industries. Proficiency in financial modelling, ERP systems, and Excel.Proficiency in English languageStrong analytical skills and attention to detail.Living in Bekasi areaFemale
