Job Description Provide leadership, direction, and management to the overall finance function of the Company, ensuring that the function is properly structured, staffed, trained, developed, motivated, and compensated;Together with the other Directors, lead the Company's digital transformation, including analyzing the cost and benefits of each additional digital solution and participate in the selection of partners and vendors.Business partnering with the CEO, Business Heads, and the GroupLead and manage the business planning, capital, and operational budgeting processes; and provide financial analysis for growth strategy, and funding strategy to sustain growth;Lead and manage the implementation of finance projects, such as process improvements and new accounting or reporting systemsDevelop performance measures that support the Company's strategic direction and monitor the Company's performance against these measures;Evaluate potential investments into other companies or partnerships which might enhance the capacity to offer more diversified products and services to its target segment.Manage relationships with local and international existing and potential shareholdersManage the accounting, finance, procurement, tax, and treasury functions;Develop/review, update and implement finance and accounting policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in line with the Group's risk management framework, and continuous supervision of compliance with these Policies SOPs;Effectively deploy and manage strong processes and controls around cash movement and cash deployment;Key person to liaise with banks and other institutions to find the best solution for the Company's operation in terms of control, effectiveness, and costs of the transaction.Fund RaisingLead the work of fund raising with international and domestic investors and lenders to ensure the funding needs of the Company according to financial projections are fulfilled in the most cost-efficient way using available money market instruments;Carry out a proper and continuous analysis of the Company's financial resources and cash flow to ensure the availability of funding for the core lending business;Manage the relationships with local and international lenders;Manage idle cash via short term investment into liquid and low-risk instrument in accordance with the Company's Financial Risk Management (FRM) policies;Lead and manage due diligence process as required by investors/lendersMaintain robust financial management and reporting systems for internal and external reporting (including group reporting, investors, Boards, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders);Ensure the accuracy, reliability, and integrity of financial management information systems, data, and reports;Manage and ensure that all group, lenders, and regulatory reporting and compliance obligations are met and adhere to the reporting deadlines;Review reporting templates and processes, and provide recommendations to improve efficiency;Manage the external audit process for the Company and provide support for the Group external audit where required;Lead the implementation of new accounting standards for the Company, in collaboration with Group finance.Financial Risk ManagementImplement the Company's FRM framework, including assessment of financial risks and the development strategies, to manage and mitigate risks using managerial resources;Maintain appropriate insurance coverage;Ensure that the Company complies with all legal and regulatory requirements;Ensure that record keeping meets the requirements of auditors and government agencies;Report risk issues to the Risk Oversight Committee and the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors in a timely manner; The Successful Applicant Candidate must possess at least Master's Degree/Post-Graduate Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent (certified in CPA).At least 10 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Experience in managing financial and accounting systems of companies with large operations and networks, entailing complexities in financial control, accounts consolidation, and cash management.Experience in similar positions at a company with a fast-growing business in terms of operations and network.Experience in institutional projects related to technology in financial institutions (core banking system implementation, MIS implementation, digital transformation).Working knowledge of the IFRS and Indonesian Accounting standards and practices and their implementation.Strong understanding of financial and accounting data flow, processes, and procedures.Understanding of financial risks of a micro finance institution or a small commercial bank.A knack for financial modelling, strong skills in spreadsheets and reporting.Prior experience in a commercial bank or audit company is a plus.Minimum 5 years overseas experience (studying/working).Bilingual (IND-ENG).Strong interpersonal and communications skills. People Oriented, leader, mentor, coach.Goal-Oriented, Detail Oriented, Problem Solving Ability. Strong analytical skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.Ability to work on tight deadlines.Highest level and proven integrity and work ethic.
