Finance Architect (M/F)

**Job Description**:- Direct and control hotel project (civil, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, LVMDB, generator) to ensure running properly.- Control project maintenance and monitoring of established safety and emergency procedure.- Coordinate with all department involved the project including (impact on other department)- Plan daily engineering staff briefing with Chief Engineering and assist in distributing daily work assignments.- Supervise and provide constructive feedback to all team members to ensure safe work practices, efficient operation, proper preventative maintenance and repair to equipment.- Ensure that maintenance & repairs performed by contractors are executed in accordance with agreed health and safety policy, contracts, fees or charges.- Coordinate and inform Chief Engineering of any disruptions to service of any kind.- Prepare weekly staff schedules keeping in mind anticipated business, operating budgets and standards of service.Work Experience- Diploma Electro / Engineering degree.- Minimum 3 (three) years of relevant experience in a similar capacity as Engineering Supervisor / Duty Engineer at 4 stars international hotel in Indonesia.- Strong in electrical, especially LVMDB, Generator and HVAC- Experiences in handling emergency system and situation- Fluent in English, both written and verbal- Strong leadership, interpersonal, training skills and problem solving abilities- Good communication and customer contact skills.- Results and service oriented with an eye for details.- Ability to multi-task, work well in dynamic & high-pressure situations.**Benefits**:- Employee benefit card offering discounted rates in Accor worldwide for you and your family- Develop your talent through our Academies Learning program designed to sharpen your skills- Ability to make a difference through our Corporate Social Responsibility activities, like Planet 21- Be apart of global community of hospitality industry.- Opportunity to develop your career within Accor globally
