Finance & Administrator Specialist

**PT TIGA WIJAYA SUKSES****Finance & Administrator Specialist**Location : Cikarang, West Java**Responsibilities**:- Update & revise company policies and documents- Prepare HR documents, induction sessions for new employees- Calculating wages, benefits, tax deductions, commissions, etc.- Ensuring that suppliers are informed of any changes to service agreements and payment options.- Preparing financial documents such as invoices, tax filings, AR, AP, monthly financial reports and other standard bookkeeping tasks.- Organize company events and conferences, meetings and managing databases.- Dealing with correspondence, complaints and queries**Skill & Requirements**:- Bachelor degree (S1) Finance / Accounting /Administration and any related major.- Speaking English is preferred.- Min. 2 years of experience in related to work.- In-depth understanding Finance & Accounting.- Good attention to detail, communication skills, teamwork skills, self-management skills, problem solving skills.- Send your CVs and Cover Letter along with references to related work (if any) to_**Salary**: From Rp5,500,000 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:- Cikarang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)Application Question(s):- How many years of Taxation experience do you have?**Education**:- S1 (preferred)**Experience**:- Finance / Accounting / Administration: 2 years (preferred)**Language**:- English (preferred)Willingness to travel:- 75% (preferred)Application Deadline: 07/02/2023
