The company was founded on 4 January 1964 .About this positionThe Finance & Administration Senior Supervisor at PT Tokohero Bali Nusa is responsible for overseeing all financial and administrative functions within the company. This includes managing budgets, financial reporting, payroll, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. This position reports directly to the Administration & Finance Manager and plays a key role in supporting the overall financial health and operational efficiency of the organization.ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage the finance and administration team at PT Centralhero ManunggalDevelop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulationsPrepare and analyze financial reports for senior managementMonitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure financial stabilityManage payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable processesCoordinate with external auditors for annual audits and tax filingsProvide financial analysis and recommendations to improve business performanceSupervise inventory management and procurement processesEnsure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to finance and administrationCollaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency in operations.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience in finance and administration rolesStrong knowledge of financial principles and practicesProficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent communication and leadership skills
