Direct report to Finance Director
Scope
Manage Finance, Accounting and Tax Department related to Cash Management, Financial Statement report, Company Taxation, External and Internal Audit
Responsibility:
To prepare monthly financial report and ensure the accurate & correctness of financial report
Prepare and submission financial report to Headquarter on scheduled time
To review and set up Finance and Accounting procedure & policy
To manage daily operation in finance, accounting, and tax department
To prepare and submission Financial Report (actual & forecast) for Company, Headquarter and Government on scheduled time
To review monthly and annual tax report
To maintain company daily operational that related with finance and accounting field
Maintain and review finance and accounting procedure and policy
Handle tax audit process
Responsible for External Audit Financial Report
Requirements
Bachelor Degree of Finance Accounting or similar
Knowledge and experienced in Auditing, Accounting, Finance and Taxation, especially in manufacturing industries.
Have good interpersonal skills through training and constant communication with different level personnel
Have experiences of working with team and also able to work under minimal supervision.
Capable in working effectively and efficiently in the pressure to meet tight deadlines & time management
Excellent in working with Microsoft office (MS Power Point, MS Excel, MS Word). Good Addition if have general understanding on client?s system such as EPICOR / SAP.
English is primary language in preparing working papers and reports. In addition, it is communication language with head quarter
