DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Kualifikasi:Kandidat harus memiliki setidaknya Gelar Sarjana di Keuangan/Akuntansi/Perbankan atau setara.Setidaknya memiliki 2?tahun pengalaman dalam bidang yang sesuai untuk posisi ini.Lebih disukai Pegawai (non-manajemen & non-supervisor) khusus dalam Keuangan - Keuangan Perusahaan/Investasi/Perbankan Retail atau setara.?Job Description:Make daily and monthly sales report of student registration and admission payments.Make monthly sales recap of shop, playhouse and library (after done by Cashier Staff).Prepare payment & advance request to Paramount EnterpriseInput daily transaction base Bank/Cash Mutation.Assist F&A Department Head to prepare, maintain and evaluate business plan projections and other budgeting necessities.Assist F&A Department Head to develop and create a budget for spending (annual and monthly).Do daily and monthly stock opname for the Center.Assess merchandise replenishment requirements to maintain inventory for KinderHaven Shop sale.Sell products and achieve monthly sales target.Monitor petty cash and cash on hand.Saving cash from previous day sales to the bank daily.Monitor and check that the correct invoices and receipts are administered.Ensure all sales reports are correctly documented in the system.
