Finance & Accounting Manager

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Finance & Accounting Manager to lead our financial operations. The Finance & Accounting Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing all financial aspects of our organization, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and strategic guidance.**Responsibilities**:- Prepare and present accurate financial reports, statements, and forecasts to the senior management team.- Develop, monitor, and manage the company's budgets, ensuring alignment with financial goals and strategies.- Conduct financial analysis and risk assessment to support business decisions and drive financial improvements.- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, oversee tax filings, and manage tax planning.- Monitor cash flow, manage cash positions, and ensure sufficient funds for company operations.- Identify and implement process improvements in financial operations to enhance efficiency and accuracy.- Coordinate and manage internal and external audits, ensuring the accuracy of financial records and compliance with regulations.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
