Finance & Accounting Manager

**Responsibilities**:- Planning, budgeting, organizing and controlling Finance & Accounting- Provide financial reports and interpreted financial information- Managing and overseeing daily operation activities of the financial- Oversee and manage general Finance & Accounting functions**Requirements**:- Bachelor / Master degree in Finance / Accounting or Business Administration- Having minimum 3 years experiences in finance & accounting managerial roles- Having experience in Big 4 Public Accountants are most likely- Having experience in Property/ Developer / Real Estate are preferred- Strong analytical skill required to identify risks and opportunities in the business- Excellent knowledge of accounting & tax policy, AR/AP, costing and budgeting, cashflow weekly and monthly report, financial audit and financial forecast- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English**Education**:- S1 (required)**Experience**:- Finance & Accounting Manager: 3 years (preferred)**Language**:- English (preferred)
