A prominent technology venture fund that focuses on investing in Indonesia's digital disruptors that has managed over US$500M in 5 funds and has invested in over 100 technology start ups in Indonesia and South East Asia is looking for Finance & Accounting Executive**Key Responsibilities**:- Help and support the firm's overall finance operations- Ensure all major company monthly, quarterly and annual reports are completed accurately and on time- Responsible for gathering, analyzing and reporting key financial data to deliver high quality financial- Assisting with the preparation of operating budgets, financial statements, and reports.- Managing tax filings, accounts receivables, accounts payables, and payment processing.- Advising on best practices related to fiscal procedures.- Reviewing existing financial policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance.- Prepare and maintain cash flow analyses as needed.- Coordinate with the auditor for annual audits.- Provide support to the Investment and Value Creation team.**Required Experience, Skills, and Capabilities**- Possess in-depth knowledge of best practices in financial management.- Attentive to details, well-organized, have an aptitude for numbers.- Able to exercise effective judgment, sensitivity, creativity to changing needs and situations.- Extensive knowledge of accounting standards, fiscal procedures, and applicable tax regulations.- Great analytical and problem-solving abilities.- Superb organizational and time-management skills.**Education**Undergraduate degree; CPA preferred; MBA or related advanced degree a plus- 5+ years' experience. Big 4 accounting firm work experience is a must.- Bachelor Degree from top tier university, Master Degree in relevant field.- Fluent in English- Passionate in digital industry, investment, entrepreneurial- Very strong work ethic, strong communicator and fast learner- Excellent people skills, natural networker with strong empathy- Self-motivated individual who enjoys taking on greater levels of responsibility, and is excited to participate in building the start-up ecosystem in Indonesia
