**Location**:- Semarang- Semarang**Work Type**:- Full Time- Bachelor's degree or above in Finance or Accounting- Experience in Accounting/Finance minimum 15 years as Finance Manager/ontroller/Director in Multinational Company/International Company- Willing to be placed in Demak, Central JavaPERSOLKELLY is one of the largest recruitment companies in Asia Pacific providing comprehensive end-to-end workforce solutions to clients, allowing us to draw upon their connections as one of the largest recruitment companies in Asia Pasific.We are now looking for a position as a FIN Controller areas with requirements as below:Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree or above in Finance or Accounting- Good in Analytical- Experience in Accounting/Finance minimum 15 years as Finance Manager/ontroller/Director in Multinational Company/International Company- Experience of manual and automated accounting system- Familiar with advanced finance tools in global finance market**Responsibilities**:- Coordinate and monitor the finance planning process (budget, process & forecast)- Develop and prepare analysis on the financial performance and propose actions to increase the performance through the Project Management Office tools.- Supervise the financial reporting required by the Product Line (P&L/Balance Sheet/Cash Flow/Capex Reporting/Initiatives tracking in the PMO)- Ensure financial statements are prepared in agreement with local regulations- Build or control the requests for investment to make sure they are consistent with the strategy and cash constraints defined by the Cluster Management- Manager efficiently the cash of the cluser by a strong control of Working Capital and a close monitoring of CAPEX/Investment madeShould you meet the requirements, let's draw a connection by share your most updated CV and Resume.
