Field Supervisor

**Description**:- Support information to Territory Production Leader for acreage allocation for commercial & Pre-commercial seed production- Accountability on the cultural practices to harvest as agreed acreage allocation- Accountability on all field quality processes to ensure that we have seed quality as Local Market Specifications- Accountability for accuracy and timing on material (parent seed, chemical, fertilizer, etc) utilize report.- Coordination with HR for PMD and recruitment process for VC level**Qualifications**:** Education**:Bachelor Degree in Agronomy or Agriculture related field**Experience**:3 years of field supervision experience**Knowledge, skill, and abilities**:- English Proficiency (written and spoken)- Computer skill (Ms. Word, excel, power point)- Strong organizational skills**Functional Competencies**:Understand QualityMonitoring & Control QualityUnderstanding Crop Time lineReportingProcess Improvement
