We make 100% natural, locally made, and affordable artisanal water filters through an environmentally sustainable manufacturing process. Our primary markets are the 27 million people in Indonesia who do not have access to safe drinking water, and people who are looking for cost savings, environmental or the health benefits of using safe natural drinking water solutions. As a company,Our social objective is to improve health resulting in lives saved and more opportunities for childhood education.Our economic objective is to offer low-cost alternatives to existing methods of drinking water that result in cost savings, but also time savings for families.Our environmental objective is to engage the Indonesian community in more environmentally friendly practices such as minimizing single use plastic, and recycling or upcycling whenever possible.Our corporate mandate is to be a sustainable company that reinvests 100% of profits into operations and the local community so we can continue doing what we love, making the world a better place.Responsibilities:Work with management and the rest of the sales team to develop sales strategies for urban / rural BaliWith management, determine metrics for monthly sales targetsExecute sales plan including: door to door, open booth, call, whatsapp, email and other sales channelsMeet monthly sales targetsEnsure accurate and on time sales data inputConduct branding activities in the field (posters, stickers, etc.) whenever necessaryCommit to brand awareness events and functions such as festivals, markets, refill stations, volunteer activities, etc.Report field observations to management to improve existing sales strategyCommit to keeping detailed customer information and working with in-office team on execution of customer service procedureWork hours will generally be 9 am - 5 pm, however you are expected to use your own networks and discretion in meeting with your prospective leads and therefore required to manage your own schedule to get the job done.Commit to weekly in-person meetings with terra teamEssential Qualifications:Must be based in BaliMinimum education of SMK or equivalentHave Indonesian drivers licence type C and willing to arrange own transportFluent spoken Indonesian language, good spoken English, Balinese language a bonus but not requiredKnows Bali geography and well connected with local distribution outletsAt least 2 years of sales experience with sales results - must be able to demonstrate from previous positionsMust be able to provide a reference from previous employer where proven sales results were accomplishedA great personality and a strong moral character. TrustworthyProfessional in all interactions: dress code, verbal and writtenAble to work independently and with a team, great time managementGo-getter and self-starterAbility to work in the office and in the field meeting with partnersterra is looking for a sales Rockstar. If you have what it takes to transform sales of our product in Bali, and can prove it, we want to hear from you.Preferred Skills, but not required if the person meets all the above criteria:Experience researching sales channelsEducation or experience in creating a sales strategy and developing SOPs for salesExperience in or understanding of reseller programs and/or multi level marketing
