Field Sales Assistant Manager, Sumsel

We have much room for improvement and many ideas that will further shape the industry.Field Sales Assistant Manager, SUMSEL will assist the Head of Field Sales in leading sales initiatives and hitting the target for SUMSEL. This is a key role, working with senior management, operational, HR, and product team to provide services to SMEs in SUMSEL.

Responsibilities:

Acquire shippers in the SUMSEL area. Achieve volume target in SUMSEL area. Manage team with leadership. Solve operational issues relevant to customers in SUMSEL. Problem solves and solution builds for customers in SUMSEL. Create sales and marketing programs for SUMSEL.

Requirements:

Hold Bachelor (S1) Degree. Having experience in Logistics Sales. Good skilled in Excel, and understand how to retain and grow customers in the area.
