- Preventive Maintenance: pemeriksaan fisik ISP (Inside Plan) / POP, pemeriksaan instalasi OSP (Outside Plan), Poles, Wires, Splitter dan aksesoris
- Corrective Maintenance: membuat solusi peningkatan atau perbaikan baik Hardware dan Software, menyelesaikan masalah yang timbul dari Alarm dan sesuai dengan SLA
- DWDM: koordinator & PIC di area untuk fungsi operasional jaringan Optik & Equipment DWDM (Maintenance, Aktivasi, Provisioning & Troubleshooting)
