Delamibrands' portfolio includes some of the most iconic titles in fashion: Executive, COLORBOX, et cetera, Wrangler, Tirajeans, Wood and Jenahara.**Responsibilities**- Collaborate with the internal team to create and execute production plans for fashion products, ensuring alignment with company goals and timelines.- Work closely with manufacturers and vendors to monitor the production process, address any issues, and ensure that production schedules are met.- Monitor production costs and negotiate with suppliers to optimize production expenses without compromising product quality.- Develop and maintain production timelines to meet delivery deadlines, keeping all stakeholders informed of progress and potential delays.**Requirements**:- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Textile Engineering, or related field.- Proven experience as a Merchandiser with a focus on garment production in the fashion industry.- In-depth knowledge of the production process, including sourcing, manufacturing, and quality control.- Strong negotiation and communication skills to effectively interact with external and internal teams.- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for quality and design.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant industry software.Pay: From Rp1,234,567 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:- Tangerang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)Application Question(s):- Expected monthly salary
